Photo Workshops: Helpful Information and Booking Details

Welcome to the Oxford Camera Photo Workshops! We're excited to share our knowledge and help you capture stunning photos in Oxford.

Booking and Joining the Fun:

  • To reserve your spot, payment is required in advance. Just bring your confirmation email with you on the day of the tour!
  • Each ticket is valid for one person.

Getting Ready for Your Workshop:

  • Make sure your camera is fully charged and you have spare batteries (if needed) and enough memory card space (or film!).
  • Charge your phone too, in case you're using its camera.
  • Dress comfortably for the weather and wear shoes suitable for walking.
  • Snacks and drinks will be available for purchase along the way, but feel free to bring your own as well.

Rain or Shine:

Our workshops happen rain or shine! Wet pavements can create beautiful reflections and moody skies often make for dramatic photos. We will only cancel due to unsafe conditions, in which case you'll receive a full refund.

Booking Changes and Cancellations:

  • You can change your booking to another date with at least 24 hours notice by contacting Stuart at info@oxfordcamera.co.uk.
  • Under consumer protection laws, online bookings can be cancelled for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as the workshop hasn't already happened.
  • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the workshop, we'll offer you another date or a full refund.
  • Unfortunately, refunds cannot be provided for no-shows.

Safety and Insurance:

Your safety and belongings are your responsibility during the workshop. Oxford Camera is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur. Please ensure you have appropriate personal insurance coverage.

Photos and Videos:

We may take photos and videos of attendees during the workshops. By participating, you agree to allow us to use these for promotional purposes. If you'd like a specific image removed, just let us know and we'll be happy to do so.

Special Needs:

If you have any special needs that require additional assistance, please contact us directly and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
